2011 CVYF Registration
CVYF offers two convenient ways to register!
1. Register
On-line On-line registration is the preferred registration method.
On-line registration is now available, you can begin registering for football and cheer by clicking one of the following
links. (*)
If you have already registered and just need to pay click HERE for football or HERE for cheer.
To register up
to three football participants, click HERE. To register up to three cheer participants, click HERE.
*Note: Unfortunately, at this time, families that have
both football and cheer participants cannot register online and receive the multi-participant discount for all participants.
If you still prefer to register online, you may still follow the links above, but only discounts for multiple participants
in each division (cheer or football) will be given. If you want to take advantage of each discounted fee, please follow
the instructions for mailing in your registration.
2. Register by Mail Download the registration
form from our website, http://www.cvyf.org/forms.html, and mail the completed registration form with a check or money order made payable to Cambrian Valley Youth Football
and Cheer to:
